How can I know the products are safe to use?
To ensure your safety, MindBodyAromas sources only the finest quality essential oils. Basic safety information may be found in the description area of each product page. How do I use essential oils?
Depending on the essential oil or blend, some are suitable for use in a diffuser, applying topically, direct inhalation or adding to your favorite beverage. It is important to follow the direction guidelines listed under each product description. For additional questions, contact us.
How do you ship your products?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 days from the time you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Cut off time for the 2-3 day period is 12:00 PM PST. You will receive an email with your tracking number from either UPS or USPS when your order has shipped.
Do you issue refunds?
We will allow returns ONLY if the product is UNOPENED. The customer is responsible for contacting us within 30 days of receiving product to start the return process. There is a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the returned item(s). We do not accept returns on opened product unless there is an error on our part. We will NOT accept returns if you do not like the aroma of a product.

What are the best essential oil products for colds and congestion?
We recommend our Cold and Flu Chest Rub. There is a formula for adults and one for children. Other products to try are Congestive Care, Get Well Kiddo, Defend and Breathe Free. We also offer a Cold and Cough nasal inhaler.
