We will allow returns ONLY if the product is UNOPENED. The customer is responsible for contacting us within 30 days of receiving product to start the return process. There is a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the returned item(s). We do not accept returns on opened product unless there is an error on our part. We will NOT accept returns if you do not like the aroma of a product.

Any order disputes must be reported within 30 days to receive a refund or replacement

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus shipping and re-stocking fee.
